With over 25 years' experience in corporate management, Eric Garnier is an entrepreneur specializing in the creation of service outsourcing companies. In 2015, he joined the be ys group to create be ys outsourcing services. A member of the be ys Group Management Committee, Eric Garnier contributes his expertise in security and business intelligence.

With over 19 years of expertise in BPO and over 16 years in leadership positions, Cosmin Raducu has led operations and client management for GRS Romania across multiple sites, with a particular focus on international accounts. He is one of the pioneers of GRS Romania and became VP at be ys outsourcing services in October 2023, with a mission to drive productivity.

Since 2019, Karim Arouche has been supporting the company's development. With over 10 years' experience in the customer relations and business process outsourcing sector, he developed expertise in operational management during more than 3 years in a contact center in Madagascar. As part of the operations department, he was responsible for managing a dozen major account customers, with a staff of over 300.

An ISEN 95 engineer, Stephane Thomas began his career setting up information systems in Vietnam for the government, then managing information systems for e-commerce sites, before moving to the Indian Ocean in 2004 to manage a BPO company. In 2009, Stephane Thomas founded EASYTECH with Eric Garnier, which has since become be ys outsourcing services Madagascar.

With a degree in management science and information systems, Mehdi Karbali has supported numerous companies in their research and acquisition of new technologies. After 10 years with various IT groups in Canada, Mehdi Karbali returned to Morocco in 2009 to set up BlueCode, a company specializing in management software for distribution companies. Blue Code joined the be ys group in 2019 and became be ys outsourcing Maroc.

With over 16 years seniority within the be ys group, and having worked at various levels of production, Frederic Rustan has cross-functional expertise in the company's various business units. His expertise enables him to steer a large part of production and optimize operational strategies. In 2017, he participates in the establishment of BYOS in Romania.
